This week in Room 27…
- We will have enrichment (Art) Tuesdays. We will be unable to visit the school library while it is under construction. We encourage you to visit the AK Smiley Public Library to help your student have books to read at home and at school.
- In math, we will start Chapter 14: Fractions. Please note this means we are working in Math Book and Math Workbook Version 2.
- Chapter 8 test corrections will be due January 14, 2020.
- At home, students should be practicing all their multiplication facts, 0-10. Please keep them practicing even if they are proficient!
- In ELA, we will be reading Judy Moody Saves the World! and working on related comprehension and grammar skills.
- By Friday, your student needs to complete 50% of his/her new AR goal.
- In Social Studies, we continue to be learning about Native Americans of California.
